How to Apply
- Prepare your content — Gather 3 examples of your best AWS-related content (blog posts, videos, talks, open-source repos, social media threads)
- Choose your category — Select the category that matches your existing contributions
- Write your application — Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to describe your impact
- Submit — Complete the application form before the deadline
Tips for a Strong Application
- Quality over quantity — Submit your 3 best pieces of content, not everything you've created
- Show impact — Explain how your content helped others (views, engagement, testimonials)
- Be specific — Demonstrate depth in your chosen category with concrete examples
- Tell your story — Share who you are, why you contribute, and your passion for helping others
- Proofread — Typos and unclear writing hurt your chances
- Start early — Begin preparing weeks before applications open
